1. Who we are

RAQMOD is an online store operated by Dar Click Digital at shop.delandk.com. We provide services for adding beneficiaries to Canva subscriptions according to the service details displayed when an order is placed. We manually review direct bank transfers and process activation, then send order and activation information by email or WhatsApp.

The entity responsible for operating the website and processing store data is Dar Click Digital (دار كليك الرقمية).

Location: Taif, Saudi Arabia.

This policy explains the information we collect, why we use it, who we work with, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Information we collect and its sources

• Account and contact information you provide, including your name, email address, and mobile or WhatsApp number. If you create an account with a password, it is stored as a protected verification value, not as readable text.

• Service information, including the beneficiary email address you specify for Canva activation, subscription details, order number, and invitation and activation status.

• Transfer information, including the sender’s name, amount, transfer date, reference number, and information shown on the receipt you submit or the bank notification we receive.

• Correspondence, including messages and attachments you send for support or proof of payment.

• Technical information collected during use, including your IP address, browser and device type, session and shopping cart data, and operational and security logs.

• Basic Google account information if you choose Google sign-in, as explained below.

We request information needed to deliver the service. We may be unable to fulfill an order without a valid beneficiary email address or sufficient information to verify payment. If you provide another beneficiary’s information, make sure they know it is being shared and that you have any necessary permission.

3. Sign in with Google

Google sign-in is optional. You can register using your email address instead. When you choose Google and authorize the connection, we receive the basic identity information made available by your account. This may include your name, email address, account identifier, email verification status, and profile picture where available.

We use this information to create your RAQMOD account or link it to an existing account, authenticate you when you sign in, display your account information, and associate your orders with your account. Necessary account and connection information is stored in the store’s database. Access tokens are processed to complete authentication and may be retained by the sign-in tool depending on its settings. Their use is limited to sign-in and account connection functionality.

We do not receive your Google password or request permission to read Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts. We do not sell Google user data or use it for personalized advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.

Our use and sharing of Google user data follow the purposes described in this policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

Signing in does not, by itself, send your information to Canva. The beneficiary information you specify is used to fulfill an activation order when you place one.

4. Purposes and grounds for processing

We process information to create and manage accounts, fulfill subscription orders, match bank transfers to orders, send activation invitations and order updates, provide support, protect the store against fraud and misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on fulfilling our agreement with you, your consent to optional features, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in protecting the service where permitted by applicable law. Acceptance of this policy does not constitute separate consent to marketing messages.

5. Canva activation and beneficiary information

Delivering the service requires sharing the beneficiary email address you specify, and a name where needed, with Canva and the team administrators responsible for adding the beneficiary and managing their membership. We do not need your Canva password or verification codes to send an invitation.

If activation involves joining a team, membership information and content created within or shared with the team may be accessible to the team owner, administrators, or members according to Canva’s permissions and settings. Review sharing settings and keep content you want to remain personal outside shared team spaces.

Canva’s processing of information within its platform is governed by the Canva Privacy Policy.

6. Direct bank transfer payments

Our current payment method is direct bank transfer. We use transfer information and receipts to match and verify payments and retain necessary transaction records. We do not ask for your bank account login details, verification codes, or card PIN. We do not process card payments on the website under the current payment method.

When submitting a receipt, you may hide your balance, unrelated transactions, and unnecessary information, while keeping the transfer details needed for review visible. Your bank processes transaction information under its own policies.

7. Sharing information and communicating with you

We share the information needed with providers that help us deliver the service, including website hosting and email providers, Google for authentication, Canva for beneficiary activation, and WhatsApp when used for communication. Authorized staff or support providers may access information only as required for their work. We may also disclose specific information in response to a binding legal requirement.

We do not sell customer information or publicly disclose transfer receipts or contact details. If you choose to publish a review, your display name and review may be visible to website visitors.

We use email and WhatsApp for order, payment, activation, and support communications. We send marketing offers only with separate consent, which you can withdraw by asking us to stop marketing messages.

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to support sign-in, maintain user sessions and shopping carts, complete orders, and secure authentication. These include social sign-in session cookies such as SESSnsl. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent some store functions from working.

If we introduce analytics or advertising tools that require optional cookies, we will explain their use and obtain any required consent before enabling them where applicable.

9. Storage, security, and international transfers

Store information is held in the website database, hosting servers, and backups. Order correspondence is also stored within email and WhatsApp services and on devices authorized for managing the store.

We observe applicable legal requirements and safeguards for transfers outside Saudi Arabia.

We take appropriate measures to protect information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access restrictions, protection of administrator accounts, and system updates. No security measure provides an absolute guarantee. We handle incidents and related notifications according to applicable legal requirements.

10. Retention and deletion

We retain account and connection information while an account is in use and for as long as needed to provide its services. Order and transfer information is retained as needed for fulfillment, support, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Technical logs and correspondence are retained only to the extent and for the period needed for their purposes.

When a purpose ends and there is no remaining justification for retention, we delete or anonymize the information. Limited copies may remain in backups until they are replaced or deleted under the applicable retention cycle. These copies remain protected and are not used for new purposes.

11. Your rights and disconnecting Google

You may request information about how your data is processed, access to it and a copy of it, corrections, deletion, and withdrawal of consent for processing based on consent, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. Deleting information necessary for the service may affect our ability to continue providing it.

To submit a request, contact the support email address or WhatsApp number below and include your account email address and order number where relevant. We verify account ownership by an appropriate method, respond within applicable legal time limits, and explain any reason preventing full deletion, such as an obligation to retain transaction records.

You can remove RAQMOD’s connection to your Google account through Google Account connections settings. Disconnecting does not automatically delete information already stored by RAQMOD. Contact us to request deletion of that information, your account, connection records, and any stored access tokens. Deleting your RAQMOD account does not delete your Google or Canva account.
